Personally I would not recommend this place to anyone and that’s just my honest opinion I started two weeks ago, mind you I’m still knew. The Dunkin donuts register is complicated as who knows what. My co workers I don’t even want to get started on them, they are so rude to me very impatient with me , one of them even had the nerve to tell me even if it’s been two weeks there I should still know everything. Talk about poor training I could say I didn’t even have proper training I just basically had to use my own . Another co worker of mine saw me making a few mistakes, like nobody perfect, she slammed the cup in front of my face, they talk about you in their own language, but you know they talking about you . I say this with sincerity I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn’t even use them as a reference to any job. I’ll be glad when I get another job offer and give my weeks notice and never see their faces ever again or set place at that company ever again.

Hash browns were way overcooked and hard as a rock, my mobile coffee order (just a regular coffee, cream and sugar – nothing crazy) took over ten minutes despite the store being relatively empty of new customers. Almost every seat was taken up by the same people that gather there every morning and camp out for HOURS. This place is essentially take out only.

Worst Dunkin donuts. Asked for iced coffee and they gave me hot. When I asked them to change it they gave me some old tasting iced coffee that didn’t even come the way I ordered. I see they have new management working there now but they don’t seem to be making a difference.

I ordered a medium iced caramel swirl. It said it on my coffee. I didn’t get to taste it because of how small the drive through is. I get home and take a sip and it’s the French vanilla flavor shot which tastes awful. I get one coffee to start my day every morning it’s the thing that starts my day and it was terrible. I’ve been to this same location multiple times and they make the same mistake over and over again. So disappointed and will never be going back.

The workers here have no clue what they are doing. I ordered my drink and they were standing around talking and had to ask them to make my drinks 10 minutes after I ordered. While I was waiting, one worker, who just walked in to make herself some food and left, was picking her teeth right in front of me and other customers.
