I ordered a med hot coffee at this location at 3:22, specifically because I just came from another DD’s where I got the wrong coffee. As I paid for my new coffee I simply asked the young man Jonathan if he could toss the old one I had ( which was wrong ) he then replied “Nah, we don’t do that”, I then asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and he said very explicitly that there was No Manager or Supervisor on duty ( 3:22pm ) … Smh

Ordered ahead on the app like I always do. In a hurry so I didn’t really look at the screen when I paid. Got my order #, went to the drive through. Woman at the window hands me just a coffee. So I proceed to tell her that I had done a second order for hash browns. She hands me a bag with hash browns but still no sandwich. I tell her I ordered a sandwich as well. A man named Mario comes to the window and says ‘”Give me that bag,it’s not yours”. In the rudest way. I tell him that I ordered Hadhbrowns in a different order but he said it didn’t go through. So I had to place another order,go back around,wait in line again for a 99 cent item. Where is the customer service?? That’s not how Starbucks treats their customers!!!

I would like to make a complaint about the services and coffee quality in this location especially in the afternoons when mostly young guys are working .as of today was my second and last time due to bad services brewing coffee. This guys just mixed water and cream and put a little bit of coffee just being lazy or trying to finish shift . Also the premises needs more attention on the cleaning premises. You can easy see around the brewers and all around the stocks are. Trash around. Not to mention the floors.. anyway. Stay away especially when the young guys attending
