First time here, by far the guy was sitting down when I arrived. Seems okay at then but then I noticed something is really off about him, for some reason he was extremely slow, it high on something slow, barely spoke. Service a slow too but not rude at all but then he gave me my frozen hot chocolate empty a little, and as many times as I buy the same thing on Dukins. I’m very disappointed today

This Dunkin always messes up our coffee & I waited forever in the drive through. Actually drive through has a long wait & they can never get the coffee right!! There’s another dunks down the street in Beachmont. I do not recommend this drive through Winthrop is also very close & there’s a drive through in Winthrop as well

I go to the Dunkin Donuts on both sides of the Lynnway, and on North Shore Road in Revere and the one on Bennington St. In Beachmont train station. And all of those coffee shops make my coffee just perfect!! I love all of them!
