Place is literally hit or miss usually if you get the Indian dude at drive threw taking your order it’s going to be wrong 100% of the time. The other people are hit or miss, they won’t tell you they don’t have something or if they mess you coffee up u won’t get a receipt or a coffee sticker. Honestly this dunks is terrible just don’t there is one up and down the street and 2 in Lynn right on the lynnway across from eachother and also a Starbucks . Save yourself the disappointment don’t go to this dunks.

Polite workers and they make coffee the way you ask and they are quick!! Great place to go to early or mid morning. The drive through is busy but it’s clean inside if you want to sit down and I can’t Express enough how friendly the workers are. They’re Donuts are fresh!! Sometimes they run out of a specific type of Donut but that’s because they’re so fresh!

Too many bad experiences here. 3 that really annoyed me. Once I came at 6:45am and was told they don’t serve breakfast sandwiches this early, Dunkin’ is literally a breakfast franchise. Another time they screwed up my mobile order and made me wait 15 minutes with literally 1 customer in store and 1 in drive thru along with zero empathy. Most recently they have hired an addict, she was making sandwiches without gloves, didn’t look the cleanest and was definitely not sober. The owners clearly do not care about running the business. Hire better people or put more of an effort to train them it’s unfair to your employees, customers, and the Dunkin’ brand of how poorly this franchise is “run”.

the last two times i went i received two awfully made iced lattes. i asked for a regular latte and received it with loads of caramel. i found out too late and drove off. this isn’t the first time this happened where i received a dump of syrup when i didn’t ask for anything in it. then the other day i was given a latte that clearly didn’t have the full shot of espresso. i was basically given a large milk. maybe if the employees were allowed to keep tips y’all could keep help.

Horrible Customer service when going through the drive -thru. They got my order wrong and some missing items, person at window didn’t change my order and refused to give me a receipt and closed window when I asked for receipt and the blueberry muffin I originally ordered but didn’t receive. Would not recommend going here with their customer service

This place was by far my favorite place to order, they had a verity of food and they had loving employees, we need more Dunkin’s like this, i was served by a woman named kim and she was so nice and provided me with the food i ordered in under 3 minutes, by far the best walk in and drive thru dunkin’ in revere.
