I preordered on the app a refresher thinking it would be ready in about five minutes at 4:50 AM. My friend and I were on a time crunch and it took almost twenty minutes to make the drink. Then because they were out of green tea they made it with lemonade. I wanted the caffeine and they didn’t ask of the change was okay before making it and handing it to us. About five people who had walked in got their drinks first. These people all got coffee and I would have changed my order to be coffee if I thought it would be quicker and I would get what i ordered.

I like this place and I love to get my coffee here all the time. Recently, the place became more of homeless shelter than a Dunkin Donuts. Sketchy characters hangout inside with their backpacks, bags, clothes…etc.

Person who took my order got it wrong I’m multiple ways and gave me attitude about it. Manager less than apologetic. I demanded the fix to the order without the extra fee it was supposed to cost me. Pretty sure we are both happy I won’t be returning. Clock was marked “real time”. Should have been “Real time. Really big attitude.”
