If you like waiting 15-20 minutes for your order, just to find out it’s completely wrong, then this is the place for you. There are thousands of Dunks in the northeast, but all the worst ones are in Medford. This one in particular is the worst of them all.

By far the worst Dunkin in the area. Orders are never made right and you have to wait entirely too long … before waiting again for them to remake it the correct way, which still is never as good or correct as any other dunkin. Employees are rude when talking to customers and would also rather socialize with eachother and ignore the fact they even have any customers in the building.

I will often place a moline order here and show up 20 min later for the simple order of 1 coffee not to be finished. There is always 1 person working hard behind the counter and 2 just standing there watching, while there are 5 or 10 annoyed customers waiting for their food.
