You would think you’d want to be a tad bit cheerful working at a coffee shop especially early during the day, probably when someone is starting their day and definitely don’t want to start it off with some misery through the drive-thru. If your not personable even under certain stress then maybe a drive-thru speaker or window isn’t for you especially being the manager…

Every time I go they get my order completely wrong. You ask for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and I promise you’ll only get 1-2 pieces of bacon. They’re always talking and super rude. Or they try hitting on your husbands.

I don’t usually complain about places but we honestly have a bad experience every time we come here. Our orders are consistently wrong or missing items. Every single time we order a pancake breakfast they hand it to us in a tortilla wrap. Don’t even bother trying to get a Latte, they have no idea how to make them and hand you brown sludge water every time. Driving to another location is worth it.
