So I came into this location early enough to avoid the after school rush,was greeted and my order was taken but not filled entirely,I was ready to request another coffee but was rung out/not asked if I was having anything else besides the coffee I was given/had ordered,I get it that location is busy at points,it wasn’t then..one of many reasons why I don’t frequent this location..service and customer care seems to have been pushed by the wayside

I’m surprised to see bad reviews- this dunkin has the best tasting iced coffee by far- I don’t know what they do different but it doesn’t have that chemical taste all the others have. I hope they don’t change! Seriously such better tasting coffee than other DD.

Ignored by female worker, had Lyft waiting expressed my concern. Female fixed male his drink while DD male took just 1/2 my order … ran around, older woman came out…time just passing…no one else even in the store!

They got my coffee order wrong. One coffee. No big deal, right? When I mentioned this to the employees at the drive thru they told me I needed to drive away as I was holding up the line of customers. They said that to me repeatedly.

Poor customer service. I go into order a small latte and donut and after ordering my latte he said anything else I repeated the donut again the older gentleman taking my order goes Yeah?! I said anything else I said no that was it . I then was paying with Apple Pay and his machine was not working and he started huffing and puffing thinking it was my fault . He made it extremely uncomfortable to try and finish paying so I just said forget it . I have worked In the customer service food industry for 7+ years as a store manager and would never make a paying customer feel uncomfortable because our machine is not working . Not sure who the guy was bald older gentleman dressed as a manager and if that’s the Case he needs better training on customer service ! Will never return to this Dunkin again .
