Place sucks. Order monster energy punch and bagel twist. Got a large iced cold brew black. Gave it back to the lady and told her what drink I ordered and she didn’t know what I was talking about, had to physically walk over and poin to the picture. After that she said “no monsters”. So I orders something different. Meanwhile I was still waiting on my bagel twist I never received after 10 mins and the next 3 customers behind me got all their food. I just walked out.

Literally the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I keep finding myself back there in hopes it will get better. Donuts are always stale, Bagels always stale. You can tell just from the appearance never mind the taste. Staff is horribly slow and none of them look like they even want to be there. Suggestion- Take a loss for a week re-staff so you can fix the location. If it wasnt for the “BRAND” this place would be out of business.

Big Shout out to the young lady working at this Dunkin on Montvale Ave in Stoneham, totally by herself this morning. She maintained her composure, was polite and handled herself and the customers with efficiency. I was very impressed and the owner of this Dunkins should be eternally grateful to her. I do have to say that the owner of this business should be ashamed of himself. No employee should be put into this type situation. I hope you realize what you have in this outstanding young lady. 1/8/2022

Matching another comment, this store had ONE employee running the whole store about 3 weeks back. I was told to “call corporate” (which is in Canton, MA, the call center is based out of the Dominican Republic. After two weeks, the franchisee called me back and basically said yeah, they don’t have enough employees. No compensation for lost time calling or botched orders.

I used to live in Stoneham back in the day and I miss it. I was here on business a couple of days ago and we stopped into this Dunkin’s here on Montvale Ave. It’s a very clean environment and the staff are friendly. Not to mention the cup of coffee was delicious.

Not only is the service here slow but the employees are more often than not pretty rude. I have been served coffee with sour cream in it several times and if you tell them its sour they argue with you. Today i got a vanilla chai that tasted like water and a bagel sandwich that wasn’t even cooked. I know several people who refuse to patron this dunkins and im going to stop coming here too.

Dunkin is dunkin what changes is customer service from time to time. But I haven’t had bad service yet or bad coffee so when that happens no clue what I would do but I do know I’m not wasting my coffee so hands off.
