I will never go back here they messed up everything and then got mad at me. The lady rolled her eyes at me and then decided to go to the guy that was working with her complaining about me. I got a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with lemonade that’s what the paper on the cup said and she was insisting it said green tea which it didn’t then when i ordered I asked for my hot coffee in a large cup so it would spill in the car but when she made it i asked her that’s when she started the eye rolling and talking about me when I was still there there were two boys working there most of the time i was there they barely did a thing and it took longer than it should have. I don’t recommend going here.

this location messes up my order every time. decided to try ordering online i got a egg and cheese on a english and a drink. i went in 15 mins after i ordered and these people gave me a sausage egg and cheese on a rye. why yall put the wrong ahh sandwich next to my drink and not even give me no hashbrowns, nothing. the sandwich that was given to me was straight ice cold, not even warm and thrown together so sloppy. yall need to get it together.

Worst coffee ever and awful attitude. I specifically ask for 6 cream and 6 sugars so that you can’t go wrong with a extra extra on coffee and you could tell right when she handed it to me that there wasn’t enough cream in it, so I handed it right back and asked for more cream, she gave it back to me with a huge attitude and it didn’t even look any different and tasted absolutely awful. This happens at this dunks a lot.

Worst ever! I went in for only 2 donuts and the girl gave horrible attitude and still gave a wrong donuts when the order only consisted on 2 donuts. For 3 I’ve gone in there and the same girl has the worst attitude, doesn’t listen and makes it unpleasant. They will act like you’re the problem it’s absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time..

Definately worse food and service. Told me my order will be right up. It was only Tea. And they did not make it right. One sugar taste more like a 2 tablespoons was too sweet. There use to be a Duncan Donut closer but unfortunitly close that one down always got my order right.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts. Today was the last straw. I ordered an iced tea with lemon. I got light yellow water with lemon. Basically I paid for iced water with lemon. You are better off going to the one across from Sacred Heart.

never once has an employee made my coffee right. morning staff including manager are unprofessional, and this is coming from a fellow dunkin donuts employee from a different franchise. i’m a regular at this location and i cant tell if my coffees are made wrong intentionally every day or if these long term employees still don’t understand how to properly do their job. would rate 0 stars if i could.
