There is ONE employee that works every single morning tirelessly to a line that is impossible to manage with one person. This is a location in a hospital, and what do hospital workers need in the morning? Coffee. So yeah, its freakin’ busy. She works her butt off every single morning by herself trying to make as many drinks as she can at once, a multitasker who is making the best of a situation. She is always there, without fail.

I don’t care what anyone has to say about this spot. I never had an issue with them other than running out of Butter Pecan on my mobile order and not saying so. Although they are understaffed they meet the high demands of orders and traffic( even with the pandemic). Staff that are there, are very polite and professional. I appreciate you guys
