I have no problems with this location except for the unbelievable rude miserable woman that works there nights. An heavyset women of color is so rude an hostile it’s hard to believe. She argues with you if you ask for something specific, yells at you while your ordering, an practically throws your coffee at you instead of handing it to u like a normal person. Just a horrible demeanor This lunatic needs to find a job that has nothing to do with customer service. The other girl that works there is wonderful.

Went there about 950 Am, ordered a frozen French vanilla ice coffee NO WHIP CREAM with a Carmel swirl & some munchkins….the young lady who took my order & prepared my drink put whip cream on my drink.told her my order was wrong. She began to argue with me saying it doesn’t come with whip cream so why would I say that & we’re going back & fourth at this point. I took the whip cream off myself & asked for a cap & she told me no… left the store called over 5 times to speak with a manager no answer. Don’t go to this location terrible service & clearly no manager available.
