Worst Dunkins in Mass. The place is covered front to back in bees. Me and my child are allergic and when 3 bees flew into my car, the employees proceeded to laugh as i tried to swat them out of my car. Disrespectful and a saftey issue.

If it was an option I would give zero Stars. Went to the drive-thru while my daughter went through the drive-thru and ordered me a tea with six sugars and six creams and I get a black tea when my daughter went to pay with my card it said that my card was not working right afterwards she went across the street to the Shell station and use my card without a problem they gave my daughter a hard time about saying she was not able to pay and being awful and rude to her I do not have a name I did try to call without a answer I am very disappointed and will not be returning as somebody with a disability I cannot return and get this fixed but I did pay for something that I did not order they screwed up the order their machine didn’t work and blamed it on my card

Fine service but the staff working here are constantly yelling (talking loudly). I’m not sure if they’re arguing or if they can’t hear each other but non stop shouting sounds like a. Insane asylum. And I mean straight for 18 mins. All talking over each other :)))

I go to this dunkin literally everyday I usually like their service but lately they have been slacking….This dunkin closes at 8pm so why in the world are they cleaning the latte machines by 5pm 3 hours before closing and saying no expressos are available because the latte machine has already been clean. Like they need to get it together.
