As the woman came out to give me everything she said “next time you order this big would you please come in”… I’m sorry but that is what they pay you for. great customer experience right? i already dont like dunkin, but this dunkin will never be gone to again by me. food was a mess, the drinks sucked. great job dunkin.

I’m usually there every Wednesday with a friend around 10:30am. We are both senior citizens. The biggest issue we have is that is the time this place decides to wash the floors. It can be very slippery depending who is doing the washing. At times there is no wet floor signs. It’s not a slow time as we see many people coming in. I think you should think about customer safety and change the time to wash floors. A minor issue is that depending who is taking our order whether we are given a senior discount.

I’ve gone to the Dunkin Donuts two days in a row and then coffees have both been wrong both times. First was supposed to be milk they put extra cream and I can’t drink cream which was a bummer cuz I couldn’t drive all the way back. Then today out of all days and if she really tired and going to work and they forget the flavoring and I’m already down the street. Can you just have your employees make sure to read the coffee back to the person and make sure they made right please cuz I asked her to make sure it’s right and she said yes and it’s not. And I’m not the type to complain but come on two days in a row now
