HORRIBLE. The rudest most inconsiderate encounter I have had in years. The woman who waited on me took the order and payment than proceeded to take orders behind me and make their coffees; When I inquired about my coffee order I was answered with an eye roll and large sigh. NEVER AGAIN! This employee should be educated in customer service or terminated. I ended up leaving after 20 minutes without my coffees.

This Dunkin’ is BY FAR the BEST Dunkin’ in the tri-town area (Pembroke, Marshfield, Duxbury)! The shop is ALWAYS spotless and inviting. The staff are always kind, friendly, and efficient! The Managers above-and-beyond outstanding extra care placed into the services, the products, the customers, the staff, and the shop itself clearly pays off. This is my favorite Dunkin’ hands down, anywhere. I get a bacon egg & cheese on a croissant everyday! The consistency makes for a fantastic sandwich every time either breakfast, lunch or dinner! We are all so blessed this Dunkin’ is here and its Manager & Staff actually value their work because we, the customer, reap the rewards! I can speak for us all when I attest that based on previous experiences at other locations, we all know how disappointing a poorly kept and incompetently run Dunkin’ can be. That is not the case here! I love Dunkin’ on Tremont Street! You earned a life long, repeat, satisfied customer in me!
