I worked there for a couple months as my first job and it was the worst job I’ve ever had and there was roaches and flys everywhere and they didn’t care about there employees at all and didn’t care about people that was loyal to them for years. They need to be shut down knowing they’re infested food. Also everyone there looks like they want to kill themself , only good one there is crystal and I bet she’s still getting scammed with no raise with 3 kids and 2 jobs been loyal and working there for years and never did wrong.

This is the only Dunkin’ doughnuts, that make you go into the store for an O.J. When Honey dew , and other stores just give it to you an O.J. from the frige in the store..simply poor Business Strategy ? That looses more money, wake up ppl..What if i was crippled and coudn’t get into the store, I’d have no O.J.. and pay for it directly,, You are loseing money, right there, its a no brainer.. Suppose they make more money on Gas instead,, so they don’t care..

My girlfriend and I go every day to this dunks, and our order is usually wrong, slow, or both. Today we ordered 2 sandwiches, the staff missed one and the woman who came out to give us the second sandwich (after 20 minutes of waiting) was literally on her phone talking to a friend. I’ve worked in service before so I understand a lot of what they’re probably going through, but this dunkin needs some honest feedback to fix their issues.

Gf and I were in the store today trying to get a gift card and the manager on duty was extremely disrespectful. She was acting like it was a chore and an inconvenience for us to buy a simple $25 gift card for a Christmas presents. Yelling at her employee in front of a customer as well. I normally would not complain but I have never had an experience like this here before and would never expect this low value of respect to come from management.
