Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. The person at the window had no interest in being there. I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with tea and they made it with water. And the ice is 80% off the drink. I also ordered two sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps and they didn’t put the sausage on them. Overall unhappy experience and will not be back there EVER AGAIN

Unfortunately the last 2 times I have come to this location, my latte has had an extreme amount of grounds on the bottom to the point I couldn’t even drink it. I’m paying almost $5 for a drink I’d like to not have grounds in it. I’m not sure if people are forgetting to clean the machine, are lazy, or what not. But the price of the product should reflect the product received, which it did not.

Every single time I go to this Dunkin’ I have a horrible experience (I know it’s my fault for continuing to give them chances but it is directly next to my work). Whether it is getting a bacon and cheese wake up wrap when I order bacon egg no cheese or a completely incorrect coffee it feels like something is always wrong. Today I ordered a small ice coffee with oak milk mocha and shot of coconut (the same coffee I order here multiple times a week and multiple times a week I try a different variation of it but I have come to expect it will be wrong but still better than no coffee). I had to repeat my coffee order 3 times at the drive through and still it was given to me incorrectly but unlike the normal mess up the shot of coconut was an expresso shot which I can’t have because I am 8 months pregnant. After wasting my money here way too many times I decided to leave work and come back and politely ask for a new coffee made without the espresso. The guy wasn’t very apologetic but was nice and made me a new coffee. When I got out I noticed it wasn’t full which is a disappointment considering I get to have a measured amount of caffeine a day and upon taking the first sip tastes extremely strong making me feel like once again it has been made with expresso. There was no label on it so I don’t even know what he used to make it but I do know it doesn’t taste at all like what I ordered. I will not be asking for a 3rd coffee and finally will be breaking my ties with the toxic relationship I have with this Dunkin’ Donuts and I will not be returning. If you have another option please do elsewhere because this place sucks.

Visited dunkins on Rte. 44 in Raynham on 1/22/23. Ordered Lg. Iced Decaf dark no sugar. Rc’d a caffeinated coffee with 4 creams. I was unaware that it was caffeinated until it was almost gone. I have a medical condition which prevents me from having caffeine. These people really need to pay attention to what is being ordered someone could end up in the hospital.☹️

I was on the highway back home and badly needed coffee. This was the only store that was open 24hrs. Ordered latte in advance but when reached there for pickup I was said they don’t have latte bcoz they turned off their machine. They asked me to come back in the morning to get the latte (60 miles drive ). Instead she gave me two large americano which I never like. I have faced the same issue earlier as well with advance orders. They deny to cancel the order and there is no option on the app to cancel it ourselves.
