Just got avocado toast from this dunks and it has so little avocado spread the thin layer has been absorbed by the bread and there is no seasoning. If you’re out of avocado spread and everything seasoning, tell me and I’ll order something else. So disappointing.

We ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese on it. The woman at the window said “with cream cheese on it?” And we said yes. We got our order and the bagel was black burnt and the cream cheese was not on it. This makes it difficult for customers who are on their way to their destination and don’t have time to spread cream cheese on their bagels.

I waited almost 10 minutes for an iced coffee in the drive-thru and then was given a flavored iced coffee that tasted like hazelnut which I didn’t order. I won’t go here anymore. They’re awful.

Went twice once in the morning and once the evening. Both times I waited at the drive thru window for more than 5 minutes and 3 or more staff were working. In the morning I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and a tea. I got a un-toasted bagel and they tried to give me other peoples drinks several times. In the evening I got a grilled cheese. The bread was rock hard but the cheese was semi melted and cold.

I love this Dunkin! I’ve been coming here for at least ten years consistently. The staff is excellent, and seem to always go above and beyond for me. In the early morning, it can be quite busy but it’s worth the wait. The people are amazing. RIP to Mary who was a staple there for many years – she is deeply missed. Tip them well, they deserve it!
