Staff is super awesome, but I wish the store didn’t run out of the things I like at the *same time* every week. Anytime after Wednesday there’s a good chance that I’ll be offered an alternative or a refund, an apology, and the same explanation – that I’ll have to wait until next Tuesday for a stuffed croissant. Oh well. There are worse problems.

This Dunkin seems to run out of everything, or not have it available for you on a daily basis. If you go there and feel like a decaf iced coffee around 6pm…….. forget it! You will get a staff member telling you, “Sorry, I only have regular iced coffee right now. ” This happened quite a few times before I just gave up and started going to another one regularly. I understand they close at 7pm, but they really should keep more of the drink options available until they close. I mean they didn’t even have any hot coffee when I asked a few times when I went around 6pm. This used to be my go to Dunkin, but not anymore! A waste of time going there.

Came in here a while ago. There were 3 employees working at the time. Employee 1 and 2 were discussing the best way to cook and eat employee 3. They then made my food and coffee faster than it’s ever been made before. 5/5 would highly recommend this location for service and entertainment.

Worst customer service EVER. The gas station employees are above reproach but the staff at Dunkin is terrible! They had 3 employees working and decided to close take-out service with a line of people waiting. I was with a crew of workers driving a pair of trucks with trailers and could not use the drive-thru. When we mentioned this to them we would told to go somewhere else! Stay away!

I realize they do not have to serve anybody until 5 but as I pumped gas I watched two townies go in and get coffees, so after I was done pumping I went in to try to purchase a coffee and was turned away. I guess I don’t get to enjoy any delicious dunks brand on my 2 hour drive home. Maybe I will check out to see if Marylou’s is as good as everybody else is talking about for now on
