I have been coming here for years purely out of convenience and today is the last time. I have only ever ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a sesame and it has always been cold and the cheese slapped on not even close to melting. how hard is it to make the inside of the sandwich warm? I could do it in half a second with a lighter and you have a whole grill! or at least a toaster oven. seriously like I don’t know why I have given them so many chances literally not once have they given me a good sandwich. just go down the road to the dunks at the Santander and avoid this one at all costs!

The food is good and the coffee Ect, Only if you get the nice woman to make it for you. If it’s not her drink or your food is not going to be as good, She makes it look just like the picture. Also, the atmosphere I would say isn’t that great considering it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts inside a Speedway gas station.

The workers are very rude and the coffee is never made correctly. I have gone there multiple times hoping it was just a one time experience, but this establishment never fails to disappoint. I am not sure if management is the problem but I have never had such negative experiences at other Dunkin locations.

This was my second time visiting this Dunks and they are just terrible! Tonight I stopped for an iced coffee. Went inside because I know better than to go through the drive-through. All the workers were in the back area playing rap. When one finally came out to the front area, he was chewing on a donut and drinking an iced coffee. He wasn’t even sure how to make the iced coffee I ordered, which was a medium with one cream and three sugars. At least they were all enjoying the donuts.

I’ve been here a couple times since it’s nearby. The line is always so painfully slow. I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-through for a medium coffee. The orders are constantly being messed up. I paid for 8 glazed munchkins and received 6 since it was all that was left, but was still charged for 8. The workers there don’t really seem to understand what’s going on and service is so incredibly slow. Go to the one up the street, it’s not worth your time.

They didn’t have hot cider for my fall spirit and my hot chocolate may have tasted like hot water (dunking guidelines of making drinks not the employees fault) the spirit that was put into making that hot chocolate was perfect. I’ve never had someone put so much care into my drinks appearance. The vibes Stevie gave off Mint. 10/10 for good vibes
