Loud profanity filled music blasting when I entered. I was the only customer and I stood at the register for 8 minutes before someone took my order. The two workers conversation was filled with profanity. I will NEVER go back to that location as long as that is the environment and service I have to look forward to.

The worse dunkin donuts experience I have ever had. And I live in a town that has 7 dunkins and I also worked in one before. First off there was a panhandler that opened the opposite door from me to ask for money (I understand this is not the dunkins fault but just started off the experience). After I ordered my coffee I asked if I could add the $1 donut deal that they have plastered all over the restaurant even written on a chalk board right by the cash register…..the girl at the cash register said “we don’t do that here” I was like “what you have it everywhere” She said “yeah the system just doesn’t ring it in as a dollar”….So I ordered my brk sandwich and I had a $1.99 breakfast sandwich coupon. It expires 4/30 and is specific to use at all Randolph locations. She scanned the coupon and said “sorry it’s not working” I kept looking at her because I know that my co-worker had just used the other coupon the day before. She called over the manager who snapped back at her and said”why are you calling me if it didn’t work it didn’t work.” he eventually came over looked at the coupon and manually made the change. Then when I got my sandwich which was supposed to be a Sesame bagel with bacon egg and cheese….it came out as a cinnamon bagel w/ bacon egg and cheese. I have never ordered a cinnamon bagel in my entire life. They redid the sandwich and when I got to my office 5 min later it was cold as ice and I had to reheat it in the microwave. Horrible experience I will never go back.

Don’t even wanna give em a star! Worst service ever! I ordered through UberEats, got my delivery and it was nothing I ordered! A lot of items missing. I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese and they sent me with a bagel with nothing on it. Like what?! I tried to get a refund but UberEats wouldn’t. So I brought my behind to the store in a lyft. Like I was better rof going from the jump. Just wasting money. I get there and a bunch of lil kids in the corner playing, laughing, on their phones etc. Like that’s why my order is all wrong and not Complete. Smh Sad! This store shouldn’t be in business! At all! No adults were there. I asked why send me a plain bagel and she said because we didn’t have sausage. So u send me a plain bagel when I paid for a sandwich? She wouldn’t refund me either. Ok. I just ended up leaving with things u didn’t want. I will never order from them again. So unprofessional and just lame!!! They need to shut that store down for real!
