Just came in. I smiled, she was mad for some reason. I asked for an iced latte and whatever she made was clearly not anything like a latte. I did not handle her the money right away because the drink did not look like how I usually have it. Very rude person and not friendly at all. Stay away from this location if you want to have your drink made the right way. She clearly hates her job.

The morning crew is the best, very welcoming and fast. I’ve had an issue with the afternoon shift person working she is awful never gets my coffee right and when I ask for it to be corrected she rolls her eyes at me. I go out of my way and go to another dd just to prevent dealing with her. Today I stopped by after work not thinking about her since I had not been there in a long time. As I walked in she was not wearing a proper mask just had something covering her nose. But what tiked me off the most is that she received an Uber order as I was walking in. There was no line behind me and she told me I had to wait until she was done with her Uber order. I thought it was something quick. She walked over to make sandwiches instead of assisting me with one iced coffeE: i walked out very annoyed and am planning on reaching out to her manager

This DD has wonderful customer service. I just switched DD’s recently and I’m really happy I changed to this location. Hsu has been a delight! She is so patient and positive. It’s really nice to go to a place where the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our coffee’s have been great but the GREAT customer service really matters to me.

If you want your coffee to be rushed, sloppily made and just flat out wrong, this is the place to go. The manager only makes matters worse, as she’s the one up at the register causing the most confusion. Y’all really need a more effective and efficient way of taking and making orders ( write on the cup, it’s important). And if you are going to make the order wrong, at least be on point with your customer service… because it was atrocious.
