Attitude is a problem. I placed an online order for 10 munchkins. As soon as I arrived for my order, they said they ran out of munchkins and asked me to choose something else. I chose a bagel with cream cheese which is the same price as 10 munchkins. Then, the lady at the cashier gave me an attitude like I asked for too much. I even said I would pay the difference if the bagel with cream cheese costs more than 10 munchkins. Then she just gave me a muffin and called it a day. I was like WTH is going on here? Did I even do something wrong that pissed her off?

First time here, ordered a Lg Matcha Latte. So when I get it, it’s AWFUL! So I politely go back to the counter and the guy nicely apologizes and says he made it wrong, they’ll make me a new one…. Ok no problem. So I wait as they make me another. My PROBLEM is with the second one. It’s literally only filled HALFWAY up. Now I KNOW that matcha lattes are usually not filled to the top. I get them constantly, but this one is only HALF a cup, that I paid almost 5 bucks for. #fail

This place is a disaster! I was at this establishment 6/4 at 125p. The business was booming, line was out the door, mobile orders ticking down the counter BUT only one employee on duty. The one male staff member who was on duty was clearly overwhelmed. He had done several incorrect orders and was quietly saying, “Act like nobody is here, you got this.” Then mentioned how his coworkers are always late. Twenty minutes later, an aggressive female blocked the entrance, and patrons could not leave. She then approached a patrons 6 that escalated with them screaming into the establishment. Come to find out, she was the assistant manager, and this was the late coworkers the male staff had been waiting on, who was now disruptive to the business!

This place is so beautiful, the architecture is just stunning. My first son was born here and I have so many fond memories playing tennis in the courtyard. Overall life changing experience. I would recommend investing around 20% of your paycheck into its community reimbursement program.

The lady working the front wasn’t very fluent in English, which wouldn’t be a real problem if it didn’t translate to them not getting my coffee right. I had asked for a caramel mocha hot latte, large with almond milk instead. They gave me a mocha with milk…the guy cleaning even noticed it was wrong, but got chewed out for trying to help. Unprofessional whoever the lady at the front was. Will never go again.
