This place hardly ever get anything correct, especially if you order it online. They don’t toast or add toppings to their avocado toast, give the wrong items when you order a particular thing, and don’t refund when they don’t have a certain item. Don’t go to this Dunkins, there are better ones out there that know how to fill orders as they are placed/expected.

listen, i live dunkin’ donuts i truly do. the medium decaf ice coffee with oat milk and caramel swirl is my go to every day. i just wish that’s actually what i got. multiple times i have received tea instead of coffee. i don’t know if they mix up the two or if the employees are truly not focused or careful, but once is a mistake. twice is a pattern.

I come every morning ( it’s. .01 miles away) I order ahead about 10 15 minutes before I leave to pick it up. 99% of the time there are mobile orders not filled receipts lined up and no one knowing what’s what. The 3 women in the morning are awful they’re so mean 3x now they didn’t have what I ordered and wouldnt replace it with something of equal value. I’ve had orders they claim the never got whe showing my receipt on phone thet

The food at this location is consistent with any other Dunkin, and therefore pretty good. The ambience is also consistent with many other Dunkin’s. It’s a little hostile in here but there’s a charm in it that will grow on you. I would highly recommend that you don’t come to this location at around 3pm on weekdays, as the middle schoolers claim this location as their stomping grounds, but at any other time this location is not a bad choice. It’s not a great choice, (the Summer St Dunkin’ and the one in Lexington on Mass Ave are much better), but hey- you win some you lose some. I urge you to come in to this Dunkin’ with your expectations low, and you will come away with a pretty okay experience.

Not to mention, when she did take my order, I got a very passive aggressive attitude from the lady (I think her name was Regina?). I’m not sure what the deal was but I just wanted my beverage and food…

Very rude manager, her name is Regina. Bad management and horrible attitude. Rude to customers. I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone. Regina was very rude to customers and her employees. I would hear arguing coming from Regina and She was very RUDE to me! I want the proper actions to take place and to replace her and get a better manager!
