It’s almost impressive how bad the chestnut street service is. Several times now, the staff has gotten my order wrong. Even with to-go orders (which have the order written down on the receipt) there’s a 50% chance you’re order will be completely wrong. The “management” there also sucks. The previous manager of this location was super nice and took his job seriously, and some of the veteran employees are awesome and professional. But these new managers are clowns. They seem to be hiring and firing people constantly. The employees act like they are constantly being watched and judged by them. Apparently, the Dunkin’s employee benefits sign outside is also a complete lie.

Nana is great. She the only reason this place is getting any stars from me. Apart from her, this place is horrid. A younger worker seriously messed up my order three times in a row. When I asked if she could remake it, she had a really weird attitude and then complained about me to another worker (clearly aware that I was standing right next to them). I haven’t seen her since, so I’m assuming she was let go. I’ve had to start checking my orders before leaving to make sure they haven’t been made wrong… I blame the management. Train your employees and stop hiring people that are annoying and rude.

Coffee, drinks, and food are usually ok, but today they were not. I went with friends and almost everything went wrong. My one friends coffee was all wrong so ended up having to leave with nothing, my friends coolatta was just ice and my other friends was just liquid. The service was also very slow. I just wanted to take my friends here since it’s usually very good coffee, drinks, and food, today not so much.

The young employees are great. The older employees lack communication skills and give poor customer service. They tend to not say anything like a simple thank you. They are also slow making the mobile orders.

I’m not sure what’s happening there but the workers are slow and confused… maybe rehire… get orders wrong, bring out drinks for curbside without straws or other things ordered come out wrong.
