It’s Dunkin Donuts, you know what you get there. I just don’t like the recent change in the drive through checkout routine. Now they hand you the card reader. 1. the guilt tipping thing is old. I’m over it. 2. You can’t see the reader in the sun. 3. It just slows down the line.

Mackenzie a supervisor/manager who I spoke with this afternoon about my order which was wrong I ordered a LG hazelnut Iced 7 sugars melted Xtra cream they gave me a LG Cold Brew Iced Coffee, nowhere what I ordered!! So she told me this is the busy season it happens I don’t know what to tell you! And when getting in the phone she didn’t even greet me with her name, or tell me who she was! These people at this Dunkin are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Can not make coffee to save their lives and my husband tipped them too boot!! But this is the reason I stopped ripping a long time ago!!! They need to make sure they are giving the rite product to the right customer! And higher people who have atleast a half a clue these people who work there just stand there and know nothing!!!!!!!

Got two coffees. The iced one wasn’t mixed at all. The hot with cream, sugar, and a couple ice cubes came out black. Cool. Also the sausage egg and cheese bagel AND the bacon egg and cheese is burnt like how the hell do you mess up literally every piece of an order?

I never do online reviews because I don’t really care for them but whenever I go to a Dunkin’ Donuts, the people are fine. It’s whatever. But at this Dunkin’ Donuts, the people here are genuinely friendly, sure it’s all a facade but that honestly makes it better.

I always hesitate to leave poor reviews at establishments because I’ve worked in these types of places and I understand that things can happen. But I have finally had it at this location. Today I went through the drive-thru (which was empty, I need to add), and I was again given the wrong coffee. Mistakes do happen, but it’s the way the employee at the window treated it. I had to go inside and get my order, and with no apology or anything, she basically tossed me my coffee like a big screw you to my face. I’ve been a customer here for YEARS and I have spent hundreds… no more. Very disappointing per usual.

Buzzards Bay Dunkies was the best run & most efficient one I have ever been to. Everything was fast, good, forest & fair priced. I went inside for my order but I could see by the movement of the drive through line it was moving very smooth.
