Todays Present
The person taking the order was subpar. We ordered an iced coffee with caramel and a caramel macchiato. As you can see, we received 2 iced coffees. We ordered 2 vanilla dip donuts and received 2 vanilla cream donuts. I will say, the person at the register – Shannon, was very helpful and wanted to make things right. But it’s hectic to do so in a drive through with such a long line that did move very quickly.

The 2 women working were so rude to the older customers because they the workers weren’t listening to them. I went to take a sip of my coffee ( btw I asked for liquid sugar) and I got a big mouthful of sugar. It was horrible. It was supposed to be a hot latte, and it was just as cold as my husband iced coffee.

I’ve worked all over the cape and this is the absolute best Dunks around. Especially for rush hour in the morning. The drive through line moves very fast and the food / drinks are always good. So much better than any other dunks around. And when I’m not near by I go out of my way to come to this location.

The Gentleman who took my order is always soo nice!! I ( as he always is!!! ) and I alway tip as well. The young lady who made my “signature style” pumpkin latte was not so pleasant. ( she’s never polite ) she was mumbling about me to the other girl because I asked kindly to make it signature style. That’s the best part of it!! She told me I was wrong cinnamon and caramel don’t come on it. Idk, just rude. Other customers heard her as well. Not cool.

The people that work here are not nice. Also I purchased 10 chocolate munchkins and they only gave me nine because that is all they had left. Rather than bringing it up to me they just tried to pass it off as a whole order. I brought it to their attention and they were rude about it.

I wish I could give them a negative rating. This is the worst Dunkin store. There are some staff that are great, but there are several that are rude, slow, and get the orders wrong. That’s after you wait in a ridiculously long line. Just don’t go.

Honestly not my prime Dunks. It’s fine for coffee pastries and doughnuts. However any sandwich I’ve gotten here has been sub par. Either undercooked or very light on ingredients. The service is fast though.
