The timers are set to fast to process food correctly for the cook. I was waiting for my hashbrowns I just received my coffee. They hand me the bag hashbrowns open up the bag and hash brown bag. What’s upside down so I asked the lady if she could fix the big turn it around her so I took the bag back and the hashbrowns were lukewarm. They were not even hot enough to eat I asked please heat them up sick and she told me they were on a timer and I had to move for people behind me. She got an attitude with me so I grabbed by bag of cold hash browns I was very dissatisfied!!!

This location will be very agreeable. However, they will not honor your requests. I have come to this location several times, and have always drove off. Displeased! They overcharged for a cup of water, three dollars and some change. When asking for a wake up wrap to be cooked a little bit longer they said OK and Instead, gave me the very opposite of what I asked for. The level of service here is not worth any further relations, I’d rather eat my loss than talk to them. I don’t know if being mixed has anything to do with it, but I do question.

This Sandwich rd. DD far ahead in service and workers, over the Main St. store. Different owners? because the service quality here is much better. Order deliveries from this location and you’ll receive it faster.

If I could put no stars I would I come here every week on wendsday never very busy usually one person in the store and a couple in drive through, very very slow service, today no one was in the store I waited 10 min for a sandwich that I asked to be cooked dark . The bread was barely toasted and the cheese wasn’t even melted . Do better

Love these lady’s; great Staff during off-season and even the extra J1 helpers have been so polite, my heart goes out to them during the Covid aftermath struggling for helpers and having to close early and make adjustments by closing inside and only drive-through which as a customer makes it a little frustrating waiting 20 minutes for your coffee every morning but when I treat you with the upmost respect always knowing your order and making you feel extra special it’s all worth it, it’s just a great vibe here I have had five people pay for my coffee will work complete strangers I guess it’s just the great vibe they give off!

I am giving this place a 3 stars because I understand the stress of the dunkin workers and how lack of staffing is making things hard. BUT I will not tolerate attitude through the drive through when I ask for something they didn’t have I got ” we don’t got any” and then proceeded to Try to order something else and got “we don’t got any, I already told you.” with an attitude. Now I work in customer service and I understand the frustartions that comes with it. Now I do admit I was confused as “we don’t got any” was only on the one thing I asked for. So hence my frustration when i asked for something else that was related to what I wanted. Maybe your employees needs a mental health day because that’s uncalled for and I’ll be going to palmer ave and East Falmouth.
