my friends and i came to get breakfast and it was really busy and they got all of are orders wrong. my friends respectfully asked for them to re make them. the workers were very nice and re made the drinks for us. this ADULT lady sitting there started to harassing and calling use names like “trash” and “fucking assholes” just because we wanted are drinks right. She told us that her daughter was working there and how we were being disrespectful and insulting us. i personally won’t be going there again.

Ordered 2 snacking bacons …… and received 2 singular pieces of bacon in a bag that was as thin as an envelope. I work at a dealership and if u f up in the slightest your getting a mouthful because you did something you shouldn’t. Clearly management is butchering this store by not correcting there employees quality of work. If you have a problem working behind the counter of a Dunkin then don’t. Although if you can’t even do that then finding anything else and being successful at it is being hopeful.

The service was terrible, whoever set up the method of delivering the drinks should be fired. The drinks were not delivered to the person who ordered them but set on a table and you searched for your order. There were 15 to 18 people waiting for their drinks.

The staff are overall pretty kind, but every single time I go, without fail, there’s an issue. Last straw leading to a review was when I used mobile ordering to get two breakfast sandwiches, two wakeup wraps, and two donuts for my brother and I. Showed up twenty minutes after ordering to give them time, and one sandwich and the two donuts were the only things done. After waiting in the store for my other items for a decent amount of time and realizing the food wasn’t coming, I informed them that I still needed another sandwich, and two wraps. They said they would make the rest of the items, and I informed them that I would be back as I wanted to deliver some of the food to my brother, as he was hungry and it had already been a WHOLE 45 MINUTES. I came back five minutes later, and there was still nothing. Waited an additional five minutes in store until I went up and informed them AGAIN that I was waiting on a breakfast sandwich and two wraps. Only THEN did they start to make the rest of my order, and I waited in store until they were done. Waited a total of an HOUR AND 15 MINUTES for a Dunkin Mobile Order. Not to mention, this is definitely not the first issue I’ve had with this specific location.

So last time I was at this shop I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. I got home to find a everything bagel with nothing else. So I chalked it up to a mistake. Now I ordered a pumpkin cappuccino and got a black coffee with pumpkin swirl flavor. No espresso or foam. It was very bland and extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning. I think 2 stars is generous.
