Most employees are rude. They seem not happy with their jobs. They do sometimes fight among each others. There is a problem with the culture. Clearly, management hold responsibility in not properly hiring, training, and supervising employees. The place in general is clean.

This Dunkin is something else, like one said if you like watching people work in slow motion and not fully listen to their customers orders before them finishing is very irritating, I try to explain my coffee clearly every time I go here in the am before work and somehow one ingredient is always off with my coffee , they should really stop repeating everything the customer is saying as they are saying it and just listen to them before reading anything back to see if they got it correctly. It’s not hard to work in food & beverage especially just coffee and donuts and bagels. It’s not rocket science
