Yet again, the employees were friendly and polite at this location, which is in a Shell gas station. I was leery about getting (stale) donuts in a gas station, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a double chocolate donut and a corn muffin. Both were very good and certainly not stale.

Being someone who has worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts for 3 years, I know that it shouldn’t take 20 minutes when there is only 2 people in line. My coffee was also made wrong and the employee told me I did not order correctly, however I did and I also know that almond milk prints on a separate ticket. However, the employee making my drink did not care to check and blamed me instead. Very unimpressed with the customer service.

Awful service, employee named “Cassie” Was very rude, she even dropped my cup on the ground and tried to re use it! made my coffee the wrong size, then when given the right a size, it was mad completely wrong and not even full. She snarled at me when I asked for a new one, as I’d i was troubling her. She has her phone going off, and her hands were Very dirty looking. She should NOT be working with the Public if she is going be so rude and unfriendly, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK
