Almost everytime I come here there is an issue with my food, very rarely do I have a good experience. They either mess up my food and drinks completely or just plain forget to include items I ordered on the go. I can’t request a refund and I’m always stopping there on my way to work and cannot turn around. And now to open my donut and see this? Absolutely ridiculous, do better. If you see something that isn’t great quality, THROW IT AWAY. DONT SERVE IT TO A PAYING CUSTOMER! what is this?! A strawberry frosted donut I’m so beyond upset with this dunkin. Absolutely horrible coffee. When I asked them to fix one of our drinks the response was “no”, and the explanation was that it was a macchiato and they’re very strict on how they are served which makes no sense considering IM THE ONE CONSUMING IT. They were incredibly rude and we had to remind them of the other item we ordered. The person who served us laughed when she apologized and made excuses for why the coffee turned out the way it did. The ice looks ODD, and my boyfriend’s coffee was basically just milk and it had this weird vegetable taste to it. Please do not go to this Dunkin.

I was here 8:30AM on 12/3/19 and ordered a medium coffee and wake up wrap with a side of hashbrowns. The coffee was alright but my wake up wrap and hashbrowns were inedible. The tortilla and bacon were dry, stiff, and crunchy and the hashbrowns were already cold and soggy. I come to this Dunkin regularly and unfortunately I’m very disappointed in this visit. Customer service was nonexistent and was not given my receipt.

Needed to use the restroom but the restroom was “closed early so that we don’t have to keep cleaning it” was told by one of the workers. Not only is it inhumane to do that its irresponsible and unwelcoming. Having and maintaining restrooms is a part of owning a restaurant, you can’t have one with out the othet unfortunately without getting more reviews like this.

They were extremely busy, the workers were doing thier best and probably would’ve been able to do better if they weren’t dealing with ignorant customers complaining about having to wait for their orders or if people weren’t taking the wrong items from the pick up counter. Well I just left the donkin on brayton ave and the miss queen lady at drive thru … has a nasty attitude with me!!! So I told her right were to go.. there is no need for the attitude iff you are having a bad day keep it to your self and I will be calling corporate tomorrow
