The new manager there is very rude. she gets my orders wrong and always has an attitude with me when i want the order i placed to be correct. i’m a long time customer and never had any issues until she started taking my orders. i’m never going there again as long as she’s there. poor customer service.

Dunkin Donuts (DD) is a well known brand. The product served is fairly consistent. Essentially, DD is fast food and that’s about all there is to it. I have yet to see any DD exhibit groundbreaking style nor have I eaten spectacular food. In the end, service is the key because, once again, this isn’t a groundbreaking business model. For the Somerset area, all of the DD’s have decent service quality. Friendly people. I would vote DD near Reds on route 6 as the top DD in Somerset. 8 out of 10.

Manager is very rude, same woman yelling at people every day and expediting at drive thru. An employee messed up my order and she yelled at them in front of me, a customer (should be done in private) when she realized I wasn’t charged for the drink I was waiting for she snapped at me for my receipt on my chair, but she didn’t give me one. Very rude, no wonder that Dunkin’ is always hiring, I wouldn’t want to work for her either. She’s miserable.

I’m going to start off with i do love this dunkin I have been going there for years and at one point in my life I even worked there. I love the girls and guys there. They make my morning. But the past couple of time I have to say they have gotten my order wrong or have forgotten things. I asked for strawberry cream cheese ON THE SIDE about 7 times today and they put plain cream cheese and put it on the bagel. The past time I went to get a couple of bagels they didn’t give me my strawberry cream cheese. I would understand if I said it once but I repeated myself multiple times. I also asked for 4 orders of hash browns and I didn’t get even one.

Honestly hate this Dunkin so much, I go head when I have no other options. Oh I’m sorry did you want sugar in your coffee…..? No. You don’t get any. I order a caramel mochiatto, and to ensure they hear caramel I ask for an extra shot of caramel.. they have never, and I mean never, gotten it right. You want a black coffee sure, might be freezing cold
