I’m very disappointed had to pay for two Lyft rides because it took 10-13 minutes to get an ice coffee service was extremely slow. One girl was too busy standing around talking. Please email me I would like to speak with a manager about this.

Idk if there’s new people or what.. but it’s gone down hill. I ordered a hot coffee and they gave me old cold coffee. I went in and nicely asked for it to be remade because it’s cold and the other girl starts talking about how she wishes people would go away because it’s too busy to get things done. So you’re mad that I came in to get my HOT COFFEE made hot????? You work at a gas station Dunkin that only serves drinks and donuts. you don’t even have to make food, your job is not hard. Get it together. Mind you, the remake was even nastier and the SAME TEMP as the first coffee.

The staff here are awesome! They work well together and they’re very nice and always on point. Every time I order my coffee for pick up in the morning it’s done when I get there and always perfect. Sometimes they’re out of things when I get there to pick it up, but they always apologize for it and quickly offer a substitution. The drive thru also moves quickly while still receiving great service. I prefer to go to this one over the one near CVS any day.

Did not appreciate their customer service. There are 4 employees there and not one employee can take my order. The one closest to the counter was eating her bagel and dipping in the cream cheese as she’s making food with gloves on. I had to walk away after seeing this and waiting awhile.
