Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I would often hit the drive-through while the bridge was open. Now I won’t even bother. The last time I went, I asked for a breakfast taco with no bacon. They included the most burnt bacon I’ve ever seen. Today I stayed away from their food and got only coffee, the coffee taste like burnt dirt. The Last time I will roll the dice.

Worst place ever! No matter how many times I come here they either mess up, or take forever for an order. I just left there, wanted a large vanilla bean colada, I went inside to place my order, the woman messed it up, had to remake it again, and then the guy offered the woman behind me a free drink but not me even though I was there just as long and my order got messed up! Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. They really should just shut it down.

I am completely done with this location. I’ve given it so many chances to get better. The only good person working here is the darker skinned woman on sandwich station. She was completely swamped and did her best. My hash browns were burnt but I truly don’t think that’s her fault. My sandwich was amazing. I ordered a to-go order with a donut and when I tried to go to the front counter to tell them they forgot my donut she’s like there’s no donut on your sandwich slip. I looked right at her I’m like….are you kidding me?! They don’t list the donut on the sandwich bag. It’s listed on the pink slip that comes out! I used to work here. AND I went back to my phone and I DID order a donut but I’m not about to go in there and fight with her. She’s cocky and rude and was mean to the customer in front of me.

I have only been here once. Among other things they got the order wrong, this after we waited in line for a much longer time than expected. We wanted one bagel with cream cheese. We got two, we ordered two orders of hash browns, we got none. The rest of the order was correct. I was inside in line (with only one group ahead of me) I could have just made the food myself faster. I stopped because I thought Dunkin would be faster than other options; it was not. They are understaffed and the people the have working there are slow.

Order from here because it’s the one DoorDash uses next to my work. I haven’t gotten an order once where everything was there and it made correctly. My recent order was missing straws for our drinks, two items and they ended up giving us something we didn’t order. The receipt was on the bag but they still didn’t give us everything we asked for.

This has nothing to do with their employees (they are fine) but rather the inconsistencies in their iced coffees. The flavor is very bitter and boggles my mind considering the high turnover of product. Yet, you can drive 2 miles down the road and get one that tastes normal by my standards. The reason for the review is I just ordered an iced coffee after going elsewhere for 4 weeks and still received a drinkable but still bitter product

Just ordered using Grub Hub. It wasn’t the driver’s fault. Bag was completely sealed. The bottom of my coffee cup was damaged!!! More than half of my coffee was in a puddle in the bottom of the bag. It is NOT cheap to have DUNKIN delivered! I was so excited for my coffee and so let down when it arrived!!
