Been going to this dunkin since it opened . Very disappointed how they treated my wife today. Yelling at her her because they raised the prices. Telling her why do you need a tray for one coffee when she ordered two? None of your business even if it was ONE! Very rude . Will go to fairhaven or the avenue from now on Very sad. Do better.

Decent Dunkin. The staff was Acushnet paced but I wasn’t in a hurry. The food prep was slow but everthing was top notch. Maybe if I hot the drive thru the service would have been faster but I like to go inside the store. Particularly if I’ve never been to the DD in question. The interior was well kept and it had a couch and some other comfortable seating to offer.

Like a falling star. I would have given a five star review months ago but the service and accuracy has declined rapidly recently like so many other locations. Good a time as any to ween myself off of the ritual that is Dunkin Donuts and start saving money, my physical health and also my mental health from the aggravation of ever recent experience there.

Service sucks don’t bother ordering ahead it’s quicker if you wait in line , I’ve ordered 5,10,15 unfortunately even 20 mins ahead and it never fails I end up showing up and still have to wait for my coffee there’s been times I’ve ordered then waited in line to ask hey how about that coffee I order Togo 15 minutes ago and I’ve been told sorry let me get that or our machines aren’t working it’s almost like they wait till they notice you or see someone which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead so I find it quicker to order ahead at another dunkin or wait in line

I live in the town and would prefer to give this location my business as I would go daily and sometimes more than once daily. I no longer use this location because they never seem to get my coffee right and it’s always burnt and bitter tasting. I ask for extra light and the coffee is always really dark. During the pandemic I have gone into the location and have waited almost 10 minutes just to be acknowledged never mind take my order. I hope someone reads this and makes some changes as I would love to be able to use this location. Unfortunately I have given this location multiple tries. Wish there was a way to contact the owner directly so she can be made aware, as this is going to hurt her business.

My local Dunkin. Been going for 2 years and 2 years it’s been consistently bad or mediocre. Not sure if manager or employees are to blame. Coffees made wrong quite often, especially lattes. Always kids running the store and extremely slow regardless of amount of people working. I just want consistency like Assonet Dunkin. Ask them how it’s done. Was 2 stars but they can’t even make a simple ice coffee now.
