waited in line for 20 minutes with only a few cars ahead, ordered a coffee, everything bagel minis and a plain bagel. i get to the window and was asked multiple times if i had 2 coffees when i only had one then they said there was no plain bagels and substituted it with plain bagel minis, which should have been established at the speaker. waited another 5 minutes at the window before they come over with my coffee and cashed me out, then proceed to wait a few more minutes for them only to bring the plain bagel minis. i called multiple times through the window to tell them i ordered everything bagel minis with it and they proceeded to tell me that they had none and i was only charged for the plain ones. the coffee was discussed, the staff was rude and took way too long to partially complete my order. as someone who works at a different dunkin, i was baffled to see the employees act like that. get new staff.

This Dunkin used to be my “go to place” now and if I decide to go there, they’re out of All kinds of donuts, muffins and bagels!! Of course, the coffee is the same as usual, however, if you want something to go with your coffee I’d advise another Dunkin’!!

I stopped getting food there because they never toast my food correctly it’s either burnt or not toasted at all. And they precook hash browns and let them sit until sold and they end up tasting stale or just cold and fall apart. Great coffee and service but awful food making skills.

Horrible. Used the app to try and be quicker. Waited about 5 min at 417 am for someone to even acknowledge us. Then was told to pull up for my coffee to be brewed then they forgot a coffee and had to wait even longer for the sandwich. The place was NOT busy with a few people standing around. What the hell is going on over here. Why bother ordering on the app if no one bothers checking and prepping the order ended up leaving the store at 435 AM

Service sucked!! Certain days when I come there are really awesome girls here, today, they all have attitudes and can’t be bothered, I’ve tried 3 times to get snacking bacon, on the menu but they say they don’t have any because they are too lazy to make it. It’s ridiculous. I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes for coffee and just keep getting an attitude for everything I ask. Can’t wait to see my NICE GIRLS FROM HERE!! Today sucked!! 0 stars for real!!

2 star on the food maybe even 1. Food always comes out awful. Burnt my sandwhich yet again. If I was a worker I’d be embarrassed to say i made that for someone to eat. If I was a manager I would make my employees remake or get fired if your that lazy. The day before I got an awful bagel it tasted like play dough and onion yet it was a cinnamon raisin. The coffee is always on point and I love the staff. But the food is so awful nobody cares about presentation no more.

There a A LOT of other Dunkins. Just go to a different one. It’s not rocket science to put Boston Cream doughnuts in a bag with the wax paper so this doesn’t happen, but apparently it’s beyond them.
