Orderd frozen coffee on app. Was told when I got to the drive through speaker that the machine was down. Ok fine but they still charged my DD account. Tried call at 6:53pm to ask why I was still charged . First call no answer 2nd call hung up on. 3rd call sent to fax machine. 4th call no answer. Really!!!! And you don’t close till 7pm. Worst customer service ever. I will be sending a complete to corporate meanwhile my card still remains charged.

It’s OK, I really only when I’m running late, I did have to have the coffee remade, and they are always out of Cheddar Bagel Twists! I don’t understand why, if it’s a popular item, and your out of it by 8:30-9am, wouldn’t it occur to them to…. MAKE MORE?! Especially if it happens often?!

I never really take the time to write any reviews, but this is by far the worst Dunkin’ in Massachusetts. They handle food without gloves, handout burnt coffee, mix regular ice coffee with cold brew to save money and the list goes on and on. I’m a true sucker for punishment and go back in hopes that they get better, but handling food gloveless was the last straw. I will never go back to this one no matter how convenient it is. The service is so bad they won’t even give reciepts so you can’t complain to the corporate office.
