Ridiculous wait time. Maybe two lanes at the drive thru wasn’t a good idea. Was picking up a mobile order. Cars were coming through the right drive thru lane way after myself and others were sitting in the left drive thru lane. They continuously took their order without switching back to the other lane, making the wait longer. Ended up having to go inside to just grab my stuff that way. Which is what I’ll just do from now on since the drive-thru is too much of a hassle. When I left, the cars in the left drive thru lane were still in the same spot. I’m unsure if they just didn’t want to help the person in the left lane, but others shouldn’t have to wait just because of that.

My order is always correct and my Coffee & Lattes always taste great. I’ve shyed away from many other Dunkins in the past unless I have little other choice while on the run… and often get what I had expected, but I’ve yet to encounter any disappointment here, so they are clearly mastering the art of delivering good service! I was very excited about this location as it’s 5 minutes from my home. However the staff is very inconsistent making the sane order from day to day. They don’t listen at the drive through speaker and are too busy joking around. Recently I got munchkins that tasted like cigarettes Ash. Very disgusting.

I love their coffee, but they keep changing menu items, and every Dunkin’ is different regarding food; it’s a frustrating chain restaurant. I hate consistency, but chains should be consistent, and they never are, so I only go here when I need to. Good for kids, handicap accessible, and clean, but wait times can be insane.

I went here and ordered food at the drive through window. I got food. I also got a coffee. The food was of an adequate temperature, and the coffee was iced. The staff was fine. I don’t have unreasonable expectations of someone working at Dunkin. If you think you could do better, apply, I’m sure they’re hiring since “no one wants to work”. It was not Thanksgiving, so I didn’t get someone that was mildy upset they’re wasting their time at a Dunkin serving the ungrateful masses for mostly minimum wage instead of being with their family. I am a sane human being. I even used punctuation and turned off caps lock! Imagine that. I’m sure the staff is just making your coffee wrong because they’re concerned you’re going to develop type 2 diabetes from the 46 sugars you asked for.

So when I ask for bacon, egg and cheese wake up wrap bacon extra crispy I don’t mean to crisp the whole wrap till its burnt. Every time I go there the bacon is never to my order and I always throw away the bacon this never fails. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. I understand people make mistakes but not like this.

One star for a nice new Dunkin. Otherwise staff is horrible, ignored at the drive thru because it was close to closing time. I drove my family away before ordering. Store was empty, purposefully ignored. A month ago they locked the doors an hour early and again was ignored while my family and i stood at the door. Evening employees want a free paycheck. Find another Dunkin.

Munchkins were stale and croissant was fairly dark and crispy which was good in that sense but was also barely warm. Drinks were not made correctly, lids weren’t on properly and the price ended up being more than what was displayed on the screen while I made my order through the drive through. Things were far from busy at this location.
