They forgot to give me part of my order, so I had to get back in line to get it. Then I take a bite of my sandwich and the cheese is still on the paper, so I got a nice mouthful of that. Plus more than half the times I’ve come here, their latte machine is “broken”. It’s not always terrible here, but when it’s bad, it’s BAD.

Worst Dunkin around period! Always out of cold brew everytime I ask, and it’s only 11am!!! The reg brew tastes like water.. if there is more than 1 car in line go elsewhere unless you have 30 min to spare wasting gas! Tip: drive to another one you’ll be glad you did!

Always run into problems at this Dunkin Donuts. They mess up the order or are out of stuff regularly. Recently had fraud on my DD rewards card right around visiting this store, so not sure if they somehow got my bar code and shared it with someone in Chicago. There was new sign-in to my DD account, so I think the problem originated from this location. I recommend disabling auto-reload and remove any CC from your account. DD corporate will not reimburse you if an auto reload or credit card charge is applied to your reward balance. They force you to go through your credit card to get reimbursed.

Do not go to this Dunkin if you have any sort of timeline or plans. I stood in a line of two people for 15 minutes and had to leave to get to work on time. The drive though had maybe 3 cars and there were 6 people working. Granted, the woman who ordered a coffee and kept asking the employee to add more skim milk didn’t help (don’t be that guy…) But overall, it was a disappointment. I have never had to wait in line at a Dunkin for that long on a casual spring day.

This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been too! The service is absolutely terrible and management needs to step it up! Numerous occasions they don’t have the supplies needed. Received an ice coffee and was given it in a styrofoam cup. Another time I went to order a sandwich and they said they couldn’t give me one because they were cleaning. The wait times are awful and no one should have to wait several minutes for their coffee to be made when there is no one in line inside or in the drive thru. They don’t pay attention to the orders and are made incorrectly. I no longer use this location because it it never a good experience. I drive further down to either Rehoboth or East Providence.

We got here for a late breakfast and coffee and were welcomed by the nicest Dunkin employee Andre . It may seem like this is an everyday routine for most of us but this young man literally made our day by simply being kind friendly positive and my gawwwd he makes a great coffee. …suggestion for the corporate Give this young man a rise…..he represents you with professionalism,kindness,giving your customers full undivided attention.
