Not only are the employees very kind but the manager is the best of all, she’s an angel. I got my frozen coffee made at another location and they messed it up twice so I came here and she fixed it no problem, just the way I like it. It was perfect. This is one of the best Dunkin donuts out there. Friendly service, good food and drinks at a good price. She and her employees are amazing!

I live around the corner from this dunkins and three years ago this place was amazing! The afternoon crew it’s a nightmare. The coffee is never correct they just literally don’t care ! They have some amazing crew members but most are extremely rude and are always talking instead of doing their job ! I drive to somerset to get Starbucks now ! Never had an issue with them

I love this Dunkin! Everyone there is so nice. But recently they seem to be running a lot slower. The drive thru line used to be the fastest I’d ever seen, but like I said recently it’s slowed way down, so I have to leave the house earlier in the a.m. No matter how busy tho, the staff always have smiles on their faces!!

Poor customer service, the lady handing my drinks to me in drive thru was completely rude. Spilled my drink on me didn’t even apologize and didn’t offer any napkins just walked away from the window. Not sure if she was mad that she had to remake my drink because they gave me the wrong one when it was repeated to me at the speaker of the correct one but it was very poor customer service. Will never go back to that location.
