Most expensive coffee ever! I go same Dunks every weekend so ya think they would know me but nope my order always wrong but today was real special! The girl overflowed my cup so when she handed it to me it exploded…..all over my car, my clothes and yes my new phone that no longer works!!! And she actually said ” you shouldn’t have squeezed the cup ” and charged me $8 and change for the mess she left me with!!! Wow that worst service ever!!!!

I picked up a door dash order I placed for my self through the pick up section, and in my sandwich there was a used glove wrapped around the sandwich. (The glove was taken off in the picture to show it too customer support). There were crumbs all over it, and I was highly disgusted.

I went there 2 days in a row and threw out both coffees. Someone has to teach the workers how to make caramel lattes and what skim milk is. Yesterdays coffee I asked if it was skim milk because it looked very light she said it was. It was not it was whole milk. Today I asked to please make sure it was skim she gave me a little attitude . There is possibly 1 pump of Caramel. It is suppose to be strong but it is so strong that I can not drink it. Both days when i got to work in Fall River i had to throw it out. At $5.00 a latte that really frustrates me.I have been drinking Caramel Lattes for years and by far in the past 2 days they are the worse I have ever had.

We all have a hard time eating and hearing this women complain about how much we get really makes us feel bad abt ourselves. This location is so slow now. The drive thru is always crazy looking. Other locations have found a way to be much more efficient and it’s sad because I use to love the staff here. Now I do t even recognize anyone and some can’t even bother to be halfway pleasant …

This is my go to Dunkin when in the area and lots of times when I’m not. The decaf coffee here is always made good, it actually has TASTE and not just barely coffee flavored water like I sometimes get at other Dunks.
