Replace an older this morning one medium coffee, and one bagel and I have been charged six dollar something I was about to leave the drive-through and check my invoice. They charge me two bagels and the coffee but I got only whatever I order. Was it honest mistake? Make sure to check your invoice. You may be paying more money.

During the most recent visit, the woman working the counter had zero smiles for customers. She was so very happy to socialize and smile with colleagues while giving dead eyes to the customers who indirectly pay her wages. No greetings to the guests and no gratitude towards clientele. (Also, no napkins were available anywhere.)

Went in for an iced large coffee, was not disappointed. I find Dunks iced coffee to be consistent. Can’t always say the same about the hot coffee, but then again, I haven’t ordered that in a while. Always happy when the worker properly mixes the flavoring and sugar.
