Dunkin’ is my go to for a quick easy coffee and breakfast in the morning. I’ll go to any Dunkin over Starbucks or Honeydew. That being said, service varies from location to location. The service at this Dunkin is very good. Staff are always polite and always get my order right, even when it’s a lot.

Most unprofessional Dunkin I’ve ever been too. Ana V. The owner is the most vial human being to walk the planet. She doesn’t train her workers and they all fool around, making big lines constantly. Online it says 8pm they close.NUMEROUS TIMES they’ve closed before 8. 7:30pm I used my app & free coffee reward. I get to the speaker & they tell me they are closed. I get to the window & she said I can come tomorrow am for my iced coffee. When do they run out of coffee??? & why close 1/2 hour before they close? It’s ridiculous at this point!!

I go to this particular dd because the staff & service are stellar!! They are always polite, will make anything you want, always have a smile on thier face, and they have the best coffee from any of the other dd in C.F. One last thing, they are bilingual also, so whether you speak english or spanish there is always someone on premises who understands you!

I can’t remember the last time I’ve had service this bad at a Dunkin. Employees are incredibly rude to customers, slow service, dirty. Employees off the clock hanging out at the counter chatting with other employees, jamming up the customer order space. Icing on the cake – they managed to get a simple order of a plain bagel and black coffee wrong.
