This place has slid pretty much down the drain!! Limited hours:they sometimes close as early as 1:30pm!! Since they had a major COVID outbreak between the employees,they have many quits and nobody wants to work here anymore!! This location in its glory days used to open to MIDNIGHT about three years ago!! The recent remodel was useless! Some lady from cooperative was helping out for a few weeks,and location was open until 8pm,but since she left last week,same old issue,closing before 2pm,and only drive thru access and even closed on some days! Location won’t make it through the summer!! Owner’s son is HATEFUL and is in a relationship with the manager who are hateful and call their customers losers! AVOID the Ann&Hope way location and Diamond Hill Road locations also! Same management and calling of customers a loser when they complain and mistreatment of their employees!

Worst ever around. Been 6+ months short staffed and 80% of the time they lock the front door. So you have to spend 20 minutes in drive thru as they are soooo slow. Even order ahead on mobile app you will wait 20 minutes!!! Don’t go here if you are in any rush at all!!!!!!

Terrible, I’ve gone several times hoping they may redeem from the previous rude or sllllllooooooow service but hasn’t gotten better. Went today twice first was a kind upbeat person, he was great. Just went late morning, door was locked so I had to go through drive thru, coffee Dunkin midnight “they just brewed” was cold and hash browns I ordered had 5 in the baggie and mushy barely cooked. I said you should put a sign on the door because the door is locked. She said they had 3 people on they closed for 5-10 min which was the amount of time it took to get to the window. Reopened when a couple more people came in at 11:30 like i crazy because now the door was unlocked. I will NEVER come back to this one. They are rude and inconsiderate 1 star is too good.

This location has the worst service I have ever experience. You are waiting in line for over 20 mins in drive thru with a closed lobby. When you finally get to the cashier they don’t even have your stuff ready and you are waiting even longer. They look like they prefer online orders versus drive thru. Cooperative should definitely get involved with this location.

Quite slow, very unorganized. Will leave you waiting for small mobile orders that they will lose behind the counter just long enough to make sure you get cold food. They’re quick to mark the unfinished orders as complete to keep their corporate numbers up though.

terrible slow service, waited at the menu board for over 5 minutes. I ordered an iced coffee, wake up wrap, and an avocado toast. Coffee was made wrong twice and was still waiting on the food. We asked for a refund and one of the workers had the nerve to say we “wasted her time” (I have video to prove it) If anybody’s time was wasted, it was mine, I’m not the one being paid!! Never coming back here
