If you have all day to sit there and wait while employees dilly-dally this is your place. This is the slowest Dunkin in the free world. And they’re consistently slow. Worst employees, not rude but no interest in moving the line. Pathetic.

I have no idea why I ever kept coming back to this location but today was the absolute last straw. This is less than 2 minutes from my house and consistently takes me 15-20 mins to get back home there is no excuse for that. I wait 5-10 minutes for someone to get to the mic and take my order, wait even longer to get to the window, and they didnt even start my order until I paid. And got it wrong. And all I got was ONE DRINK. Don’t waste your time here, nobody knows what they’re doing, both staff and management. The ones near Bjs and Daves are much better. Come

They get the order wrong every single time without fail. Like a fool I keep coming back because this dunkin is the closest to my house, but good lord! theyll spend 10 minutes trying to figure out how to input a large latte, then another 10 minutes making it then theyll hand me a medium iced coffee. Its ridiculous. Both workers and manager are totally clueless. Drinks ALWAYS wrong and food is always still frozen. Id give negative stars if it was possible

I was horrified by my last 2 experiences. First one they didn’t have anything my daughter wanted, I can see running out of a couple things but seriously they didn’t have chocolate covered donuts, glazed donuts, glazed munchkin’s, all chocolate munchkin’s, blueberry muffins, and finally corn muffins. I was like , seriously this is Dunkin DONUTS right??? Things went down hill from there. The bathroom looked like a scene from some apocalyptic movie. Just totally trashed and smelled like “who did it and ran”, then after sitting down for like ten minutes the young girl comes over to report that they were closing in 3 minutes and we would have to get a move on. It was, don’t quote me but I think, either 1pm or 2pm I was like sheesh nothing like feeling unwelcomed. So we left. Then like the eternal optimist I am I went back a week later only to find a sad state of affairs. Poorly trained employees, the girl made my coffee wrong three times. So I wanted a small hit coffee extra extra. Not too confusing or overly detailed but maybe she was having a bad day. Hardly any donut flavor choices, and no munchkins at all. Management needs to be better here. I don’t blame the employees at all. This is purely poor training and a not my problem attitude. Management Be Better!

I came here today and waited about 20 minutes for 2 wraps, a bagel, and a sandwich. I also stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to be served. The employees stood there and watched one guy cook all the orders. They are really unorganized and they always disappoint.

Over the course of the last year, I have been to this Dunkin’ location many times. Each and every time there has been either a mistake with order, lids have not been closed, food has been cold, and the line has been extremely slow. None of these have been isolated incidents but things that occur on a regular basis.

This Dunkin has gone down the tubes. I have lived a block away for 10 years, and the last year has been god awful!! These clowns that work inside are lazy, ignorant, slow and downright the absolute worst Dunkin staff in all of New England. I will never go here again…i will drive past this location everytime to get to a better Dunkin or Honey Dew from now on!!!!

Look at all the 1 star reviews before going here. If you like quick friendly service and getting what you ordered don’t go here. I Waited 15 minutes at counter for online order. Many people came in orederd and we’re gone while I was standing waiting .for an order that was placed long before they were even in line. I’ve had ice cold egg on sandwich, mis made coffee, no bacon on an bacon egg and cheese..the list goes on.
