My usual morning trip to Dunkin’s was accompanied by a VERY rude and unprofessional manager who would rather disrespect customers then take responsibility for their own wrong doings. I was never give the correct change & had the window slammed in my face as she laughed and walked away from me. I had to personally contact the corporate office to handle this matter to then be emailed that NANCY did in fact mess up and I would be able to get my change at my next visit. I went back nearly 2 hours after receiving that email from corporate & I was told by a staff member that “by Nancy’s mood she won’t be in until tomorrow.” Reminding you this is the same woman this Dunkin location has as a MANAGER. I am appalled, disgusted and feel disrespected. I am a regular customer but will no longer be coming to this location. As honesty should be a FIRST policy. Mistakes are made, as we are all HUMAN ! But to disrespect a customer over your own mistakes & make no effort in apologizing is not the behavior of a manager and I honestly pray for those workers who had to apologize for their managers behavior. As that is a sad sad case.

2nd day in a row no service at 8:40 pm because ovens are off…really?? Its a commercial microwave. If your open till 9…you should serve till 9. NOT EVEN CLOSEING TIME AND THEY WILL NOT MAKE YOUR ORDER.

Update 3/30: another mobile order unfulfilled. Only two employees in the store at 7 am, no acknowledgement from the old woman at the counter (same one as previous review). Drive thru backed up, order printer inside buried under a pile of untouched slips, employee cooking kept throwing orders around like she was in a mood (can’t really blame her). They need to turn off mobile orders if they can’t handle the load, because it’s like trying to pluck the stars from the sky getting a refund from Dunkin. Just avoid this location if you can.

Not sure why they charged me extra for vanilla swirl in my latte. Ive never had the swirl put in my latte, maybe because I order it with (non dairy) almond milk and the swirls have dairy in them. People have serious dietary concerns that you should take into account. Also, the latte tasted terrible anyway.

I’m not sure what is going on at this dunkin, I have been here 2 times and both time the same scenario. It’s the Saturday crew after 2:00. They were fully staffed with 5 crew members. Nobody had a designated area. There’s a young girl standing at the drive thru who has ZERO clue what’s going on. A older lady just walking around doing absolutely nothing, young boy who has no clue where he’s supposed to be. There is no Leader, there was myself and one other person in the lobby. And 2 cars in the drive through. They gave everyone the same excuse for one cup of coffee taking so long because they were “super busy”. Someone needs to go there and train these workers correctly. Like I said 2 times same exact crew same issues, they have no flow and do not work well together. There is no reason with 5 workers and 4 customers you should have to wait 10 mins for one coffee.
