There was a super big line. I waited in line for about 15 minutes and was late to class just for the people to tell me that there was no mobile order for Casey. I already paid and was super annoyed with this. When I was ordering at the drive threw I ordered “small black coffee.” When I drove up to the window all there was in the bag was a maple donut. Super unsatisfied never coming to this location again

I wish I would of seen all the bad reviews before I came to this dump. Ordered a iced matcha latte with almond milk. It was all almond milk and no matcha. When I looked at the bottom of the cup there were what looked like black beads floating. No it wasn’t coffee grounds. I suggest you keep driving and take the Narragansett exit. That Dunkin was so much better.

Placed an order for pick up, I walked in to pick it up the lady greeted me very unwelcomed and I told her I’m picking up an order and she grabbed the bag near the window and told me “Oh it was put in for the drive thru” I didn’t ask for much just wanted to casually walk in pick up my food we don’t need to be treated with such disrespect. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on all these people

Horrible service, sat in the drive-thru for over 8 minutes. I asked the person at the window what I was being charged for before I paid because the amount was higher then what is usually is. The gentlemen at the window was extremely rude and hostile, yelling that they are their own franchise and can make their own prices. All I asked was a simple question and got treated with no respect and overcharged for my coffee. It’s a shame, if you can’t take the heat stay out of the kitchen!!!

This store is terrible. They over charged us for two large cold brew coffees, and we had only ordered one large coffee and a medium hot. The window person was going to make us one for our troubles of being over charged, and then the yelling began inside the store. It was insane, they thru out the coffee and the the resident donut inspector manager overruled her asked us what our issue was. We said you over charged us for not place the order we asked for. He said yah well it wasn’t to to much. And refused to correct their own mistake. I hope the store owner sees this and contacts me. Management at this store is a shameful example. We left with being over charged and with the wrong coffee and wait for it, the Wrong sandwich as well!
