Worst service I have ever received at any dunkin’ donuts . I was overcharged and the young lady named tara had no idea why she had charged me more than five dollars for a bagel. When I asked her why it cost so much, she told me she had no idea because she doesn’t stand around studying the menu. Of course it was entirely her fault because she had charged me For a large tub of cream cheese, Not a little container that comes on the side.I eventually managed to get a refund after speaking to a manager. It is the first time in my life I have ever written to a cooperation to complain about the rotten service.

In all the times I have visited here (shame on me!) They have only once, gotten my order 100% correct. The mistakes range from forgivable errors (if it happened one time) to absolutely absurd. And don’t even try to get your $$ back from app purchases unless you have half a day to waste. It’s clear, due to their location that they can afford to not care about their customers at all. Go local instead.
