On 3/24/23 I was in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes for a coffee- not 30 items, a coffee. There isn’t a way out of the line because it’s a single lane. Thankfully my coffee was made correctly, and the cashier was apologetic or this review would have been worse. The scheduler needs to do better to accommodate this corner site on a weekend morning! Room for improvement here!

I came to this location yesterday, and I was disturbed at how the employees were being treated by another employee. Her name is Nicole. She was swearing, yelling, and being really rude to the employees while I was in the drive-through window. The employee whom she was yelling at did absolutely nothing wrong. She took her headset off to do the dishes and the employee name. Nicole decided she wanted to yell and swear and scream at her and tell her to go home, I tried contacting the store to speak to the manager about this but the number does not work so I’m gonna have to stop by and speak to the manager about this because this is not the first time I’ve noticed the employee name Nicole talk to the other employees in a disrespectful way not only was she being disrespectful, but her voice was raise so loud that I could hear her through the window with the window closed the poor employee was crying hysterically outside because she was afraid she was going to lose her job over this and I was a witness. I wanted to make sure she wouldn’t. It’s very unacceptable and unprofessional for that employee Nicole to scream yell and swear at other employees the way she did, if a manager could contact me, I would greatly appreciate that because like I said, this is not the first time I’ve witnessed the employee Nicole act this way towards the other employees

The lady in the morning I think she’s a manager ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL. Talking to me and my husband like we’re stupid and saying she had no ticket for my husbands order and when we were trying to tell her what he ordered she kept running her mouth like how unprofessional can you be. Seriously she needs to learn how to talk and stop running her mouth when her customers are standing there.

Got a bacon, egg, and cheese sourdough breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Both were good. Not a huge Dunkin person, I go once in a blue moon but was happy with this visit.

Would like all to know, This is the better location out of the nearby Dunkin locations. Food and drink I had tasted warm fresh and tasty. They never mess up my coffee/order. Staff is friendly. Some other nearby locations from here have had burnt coffee/ stale bread/overcooked English muffin ETC. This one I’ll drive a little extra to visit. Deff recommend!
